Natasha Manning, DNP, PMHNP-BC

Natasha Manning, DNP, PMHNP-BC, is a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner based in Buffalo, NY.  She holds both her Doctorate and Master’s in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing and brings a strong blend of advanced clinical training and real world experience.

Natasha provides comprehensive psychiatric care across the lifespan, including diagnostic evaluations, medication management, and supportive psychotherapy, with experience treating mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, psychotic disorders, and substance use challenges.  

What truly sets Natasha apart is her ability to meet patients where they are.  She understands that mental health is not one size fits all, and she takes pride in building a collaborative partnership with each individual.  Whether someone is just beginning their journey or has been navigating challenges for years, Natasha creates a space that feels safe, judgment free, and forward focused.

In addition to her clinical work, Natasha serves as an adjunct professor, reflecting her passion for continuous growth and her commitment to shaping the future of healthcare.  She brings that same level of dedication, curiosity, and excellence into every patient interaction.

Elizabeth Church, PMHNP-BC

Elizabeth Church, PMHNP-BC, is a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner based in Buffalo, NY. She brings over two decades of nursing experience across both inpatient and outpatient settings, along with advanced clinical training in psychiatric mental health care.

Elizabeth provides comprehensive psychiatric services including diagnostic evaluations, medication management, and supportive psychotherapy. She has extensive experience treating mood disorders, anxiety, trauma-related conditions, and substance use disorders, and has worked in both private practice and collaborative, team-based environments supporting individuals at all stages of their mental health journey.

What sets Elizabeth apart is her steady, compassionate approach and her ability to connect with patients on a human level. She understands that healing looks different for everyone and prioritizes creating a supportive, judgment free environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered. Whether working with someone navigating acute challenges or long standing conditions, Elizabeth focuses on practical progress and meaningful outcomes.

In addition to her clinical expertise, Elizabeth has experience owning and operating a private psychiatric practice, reflecting both her leadership and her commitment to delivering high quality, accessible care.
