Estelle Webster, PMHNP-BC

Estelle Webster is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) licensed in New York.  She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Saint John Fisher College. 

Estelle takes a collaborative approach to care, walking alongside patients rather than ahead of them. Through a supportive and nonjudgmental therapeutic relationship, medication decisions are made together to ensure the best possible outcomes. With a foundation in radical acceptance, Estelle meets each patient where they are, fostering a space of understanding and empowerment.

For those seeking to take control of their emotional health, inquiries are welcome. Addiction treatment includes routine toxicology and medication compliance testing. All inquiries will be responded to in a timely manner.

Lara Busch, PMHNP-BC

Lara Busch is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over 20 years of nursing experience. She has spent the past eight years as a Family Nurse Practitioner, providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages. Two years ago, she expanded her focus to mental health, becoming a PMHNP to better support individuals navigating emotional and psychiatric challenges.

Lara earned her Master of Science in Nursing from St. John Fisher College in Rochester. She is passionate about helping patients feel heard, supported, and empowered in their care. Her approach is collaborative, working closely with each individual to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs and goals.

Whether managing anxiety, depression, or other mental health concerns, Lara provides compassionate care and evidence-based treatment. She welcomes new clients who are ready to take the next step in their mental health journey.

Christine Vieira, PMHNP-BC

Christine Vieira is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who specializes in addiction treatment and the management of mental health symptoms. She offers confidential, patient-centered, and non-judgmental care for individuals who are ready to make positive changes in their lives.

Christine believes that effectively managing mental health symptoms is key to controlling substance use disorders. She understands that many people relapse when “life happens,” as their emotional and psychological responses can trigger the addicted part of the brain in search of relief.

Her practice is focused on long-term remission of both mental health and addiction symptoms, providing compassionate, discreet care in a supportive environment.
