Connie Mann, PMHNP-BC

Connie Mann is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years of nursing experience, including 19 years in a Level III–IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). For the past 6 years, she has devoted her clinical practice to women’s mental health, with a particular passion for supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, and other transitional phases of life.

As both a clinician and a mother, Connie offers a compassionate, non-judgmental space for women navigating anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and perinatal mood disorders. Her unique background in neonatal and perinatal care allows her to understand the emotional and psychological complexities of motherhood in a deeply personal and clinical way. She’s known for meeting women where they are—with empathy, clarity, and evidence-based solutions.

Connie prioritizes education and ongoing training, staying current with the latest research and best practices in psychiatric care and medication management. Her goal is to deliver thoughtful, personalized treatment rooted in clinical excellence and whole-person care.

She is currently accepting new patients via telehealth only, with plans to open an in-person location in North Carolina later this Fall.
